What is Partial Status in Orders?
Partial Status is when we partially refund the remaining quantity of an order. Sometimes for technical reasons a service cannot deliver 100% of the quantity. If an order becomes Partial, the undelivered quantity's cost is automatically refunded back to your panel balance.
How does the 30-Day Refill Button work?
If you order a service labeled with [30 Days Refill] and your follower/like count drops, go to Orders History and click the Refill button. Our automated server will check the link and refill the dropped count within 24 hours.
